We are looking for Tele Collections Executives to handle overdue payments for personal and business loans.

Responsibilities
Contact customers regarding pending EMI payments.
Follow up on overdue loan accounts.
Discuss repayment options with customers.
Update customer records in the CRM system.
Handle payment-related queries professionally.
Achieve assigned collection targets.

Requirements
6 months to 2 years of experience in collections or customer service.
Valuable communication and negotiation skills.
Basic computer and CRM knowledge.
Knowledge of English and Hindi, Telugu, or Kannada.
Banking or NBFC experience is preferred.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
