Job Description

Tantashala is looking for a responsible and customer-focused Floor Manager to manage the day-to-day activities of our retail store.

The candidate will be responsible for managing the sales team, assisting customers, achieving sales targets and ensuring smooth store operations.

Responsibilities
Manage and supervise the sales team on the store floor.
Allocate daily tasks and monitor staff performance.
Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
Assist customers and ensure a valuable shopping experience.
Handle customer complaints and resolve issues.
Monitor product display, cleanliness and store discipline.
Ensure products are properly arranged, tagged and displayed.
Coordinate with the billing and inventory teams.
Monitor stock availability and report shortages.
Maintain daily sales and staff performance reports.
Collect customer feedback and support customer follow-ups.
Conduct daily team briefings and communicate sales targets.

Pay: ₹11,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
