Job Description:
Lead Generation & Sales: Identify customer needs, explain features and overcome objections, and convert prospects into sales appointments or closed deals.
Customer Support & Feedback: Handle complaints, address service questions, conduct surveys, and log customer feedback accurately.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Communication: Explicit verbal delivery, active listening, and solid persuasion or conflict-resolution abilities.
Language Proficiency: Fluency in English and local languages (Kannada & Telugu).
Education: High school diploma or 12th-pass equivalent; prior sales experience is a robust advantage.
Technical Skills: Basic computer literacy.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
