About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Accountant to join a Chartered Accountant (CA) firm in Shahibaug, Ahmedabad. The ideal candidate should have strong practical knowledge of accounting, hands-on experience with Tally Prime, and expertise in GST return filing and compliance. The role also requires regular client visits for accounting and taxation-related work.

Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping for multiple clients.
Maintain sales, purchase, receipt, payment, journal, and ledger entries in Tally Prime.
Prepare and file GST returns, including GSTR-1 and GSTR-3B.
Handle bank reconciliation, ledger scrutiny, and account finalisation support.
Assist with GST compliance, tax documentation, and statutory filings.
Coordinate with clients to collect financial documents and resolve accounting discrepancies.
Visit client locations 2–3 times per week for accounting, GST, and documentation-related work.




Support the CA and team with financial statements, reports, and other accounting assignments.
Ensure accuracy and timely completion of client accounting and compliance work.

Required Skills & Qualifications
3–5 years of relevant accounting experience, preferably in a CA firm.
Hands-on working knowledge of Tally Prime.
Practical experience in GST return preparation and filing.
Valuable understanding of accounting principles, taxation, and reconciliations.
Solid client coordination and communication skills.
Willingness to travel locally for client visits 2–3 times per week.
Ability to manage multiple client accounts and meet deadlines independently.

Compensation

Salary up to ₹30,000 per month, depending on experience and skills.
