Job Description – ELV Design Engineer

Key Responsibilities
Design and prepare ELV systems for commercial, industrial, and infrastructure projects.
Prepare layouts and drawings for CCTV, Access Control, Fire Alarm, Public Address, Structured Cabling, SMATV, and other ELV systems.
Prepare BOQ, equipment schedules, cable schedules, and technical specifications.
Perform basic system sizing, cable sizing, and design calculations.
Coordinate ELV designs with HVAC, electrical, fire fighting, plumbing, architectural, and structural teams.
Prepare and review AutoCAD drawings; knowledge of Revit/BIM is an added advantage.
Review shop drawings, material submittals, and technical documents.
Coordinate with clients, consultants, vendors,



and site teams to resolve technical issues.
Ensure designs comply with project specifications and applicable standards.

Qualification & Skills
B.E./B.Tech/Diploma in Electrical / Electronics / Electronics & Communication Engineering.
Minimum 3 years of relevant ELV design experience.
Positive knowledge of CCTV, Access Control, Fire Alarm, PA, Structured Cabling, and ELV systems.
Proficiency in AutoCAD; Revit/BIM knowledge preferred.
Positive communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
