Position: Store Manager

Location: Jhagadia Chemical Industry

Experience Required: 10+ years

Education: B.Com/M.Com Degree

Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily store operations and ensure efficiency.
Manage inventory control, including stock levels and ordering processes.
Develop and implement store policies and procedures.
Train, supervise, and evaluate store staff.
Maintain customer satisfaction by ensuring high service standards.
Analyze sales data and prepare reports for management.
Collaborate with other departments to optimize operations.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Commerce (B.Com/M.Com).
Minimum of 10 years of experience in store management or related field.




Strong leadership and organizational skills.
Proficient in inventory management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
