Soul & Scents is a Mumbai-based home fragrance brand. Our portfolio includes reed diffusers, room sprays, aroma oils, car fragrances, fragrance sachets and potpourri. Backed by more than 15 years of manufacturing expertise through I B Corporation, the brand sells through its own website, Amazon, Blinkit and other leading marketplaces and quick-commerce platforms.

Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled Graphic Designer & Illustrator to own the visual identity of Soul & Scents across packaging, digital and print. The role needs robust illustration ability together with technical command of design and print production. You will translate fragrance concepts (notes, moods and collections) into distinctive visual assets that build brand recall and drive sales

Key Responsibilities
Create original illustrations for fragrance notes, collections and campaigns
Build a signature illustration style for the brand
Design packaging: labels, mono cartons,



gift boxes, sleeves and inserts
Prepare print-ready artwork and coordinate with printers
Maintain the brand identity, guidelines and template library
Design website banners and edit product images
Create Amazon listing images, A+ Content and marketplace banners
Design print banners, standees, catalogues, brochures and B2B decks
Support social media with posts, carousels and ad creatives

Software Skills
Adobe Photoshop: Advanced
Adobe Illustrator: Advanced
CorelDRAW: Basic
Adobe InDesign: Intermediate
Procreate: Preferred
Canva / Figma: Basic
AI design tools
