Handle guest inquiries and reservations across multiple channels (phone, email, OTAs).
Coordinate with sales team and units to ensure smooth bookings and guest experience.
Maintain accurate records and update reservation system (PMS/CRS).
Follow up on pending bookings and cancellations.
Support sales activities and contribute to revenue growth.
Provide prompt and skilled guest service.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
