Job Summary

We are looking for a Real Estate Sales Consultant to interact with clients, understand their property requirements, coordinate with buyers, sellers, and brands, and assist in property onboarding and successful deal closures.

Key Responsibilities
Meet clients and understand their buying, selling, or leasing requirements.
Coordinate with buyers, sellers, property owners, and brands.
Identify suitable properties based on client needs and preferences.
Build and maintain relationships with clients and property partners.




Arrange property visits and coordinate meetings with interested parties.
Follow up with clients and property owners to maintain sales progress.
Assist in onboarding new properties and collecting relevant details.
Support negotiations and coordinate with all parties to complete transactions.
Maintain client information and provide regular updates to the team.

Requirements
Any degree is acceptable.
Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
Valuable communication and client-handling skills.
Knowledge of Kannada and English is preferred.
Strong coordination, negotiation, and follow-up abilities.
Interest in real estate sales and property transactions.
Self-motivated and target-oriented.
Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.
