Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced HR Manager – Recruitment to manage end-to-end recruitment and headhunting activities, with a robust focus on sourcing quality candidates for managerial and critical positions.

Key Responsibilities
Handle end-to-end recruitment from sourcing to onboarding.
Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, databases and professional networks.
Identify and engage passive candidates through headhunting and direct sourcing.
Manage recruitment for executive, managerial and junior-level positions.
Conduct candidate screening, interviews and competency assessment.
Coordinate with hiring managers and department heads to understand manpower requirements.
Maintain an active talent pipeline and recruitment database.
Conduct market research on talent availability, salary benchmarks and competitor hiring.
Manage offer discussions,



salary negotiation and candidate follow-up until joining.
Ensure timely closure of assigned vacancies and maintain recruitment reports.

Required Skills
Strong sourcing and headhunting skills.
Excellent communication and candidate engagement skills.
Good knowledge of Naukri, LinkedIn and other recruitment platforms.
Strong networking and negotiation abilities.
Ability to handle multiple vacancies and meet recruitment targets.
Good understanding of recruitment processes and market trends.

Pay: ₹55,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month
