We are looking for an Accounts Payable Executive to manage vendor invoices, payment processing, and account reconciliations.
Key Responsibilities:
Process and verify vendor invoices and payment requests.
Handle vendor payments and resolve invoice discrepancies.
Perform vendor statement reconciliation.
Maintain accurate accounting records and documentation.
Assist with GST, TDS, and month-end closing activities.
Coordinate with vendors and internal teams regarding payment issues.
Requirements:
B.Com / M.Com or equivalent qualification.
2–3 years of experience in Accounts Payable.
Knowledge of GST, TDS, and accounting principles.
Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software such as Tally or SAP.
Valuable analytical skills and attention to detail.
Pay: Up to ₹30,000.00 per month
