Communicate with clients via WhatsApp, phone, and email to assist them with program onboarding.
Resolve participant queries regarding workshops and schedules in a friendly, helpful manner.
Update client data and track interaction logs in Google Sheets / CRM tools.
Coordinate with the nutrition and wellness coaching teams to ensure client satisfaction.
Collect feedback and help build long-term relationships with our community members.
Freshers with a graduate degree in any stream.
Fluency in Tamil & English is mandatory.
Positive listening skills and a helpful, customer-first attitude.
Basic working knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
