Job Description: Tender Analyst / Executive

We are looking for a Tender Analyst / Executive to join our small but growing team. The ideal candidate should not only have strong expertise in handling tenders but also be adaptable enough to assist in day-to-day operations, client coordination, and administrative support. As a small team, we value multitasking and initiative.

Key Responsibilities:
Handle GEM and N-Procure Portals for government projects and sales tenders.
Prepare and submit online tenders with proper documentation and compliance.
Liaise with government officials and institutional clients for tender-related activities.
Manage documentation formalities and ensure timely submission of tender documents.
Assist in indirect sales within government and institutional sectors.
Follow up on ongoing projects with clients, vendors, and team members.
Prepare and manage invoices, quotations, and payment follow-ups.
Assist in basic accounting entries, record keeping, and expense tracking.
Support management in client communication, scheduling meetings, and monitoring tasks.
Work as a personal assistant to management in professional tasks such as coordination, report generation, and workflow monitoring.




Provide general office and administrative support to ensure smooth daily operations.

Skills & Qualifications:
Graduate (Commerce/Management/Engineering background preferred).
Experience in GEM & N-Procure tendering is a must.
Knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and email correspondence.
Basic knowledge of accounting and invoicing.
Strong communication, follow-up, and multitasking skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple responsibilities in a small team setup.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive.
