Draft and review legal documents, agreements, notices, affidavits, and correspondence.
Assist in company incorporation, LLP registration, and ROC compliance matters.
Coordinate filing of statutory forms with MCA, GST, Income Tax, and other regulatory authorities.
Maintain legal records, compliance registers, and documentation.
Support in handling notices, assessments, and legal proceedings related to taxation and corporate laws.
Conduct legal research on corporate laws, GST, Income Tax, labour laws, and regulatory matters.
Liaise with clients, advocates, consultants, and government departments.
Monitor compliance deadlines and ensure timely submissions.
Assist senior management in preparing reports and legal opinions.

Required Qualifications
B.Com / M.Com or equivalent qualification.
1–2 years of relevant experience in corporate compliance, or CA firm environment preferred.
Basic knowledge of the Companies Act, LLP Act, GST, Income Tax,



and other corporate/legal compliance matters.
Experience in handling MCA filings, statutory forms, notices, agreements, and compliance documentation will be an added advantage.
Positive working knowledge of MS Office, Excel, and online government portals such as MCA and other regulatory portals.
Good drafting, documentation, communication, and follow-up skills.
Ability to maintain confidentiality, accuracy, and proper records of client legal and compliance documents.
