Portfolio Manager – Real Estate

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Real Estate Portfolio Manager to manage and optimize the company’s property portfolio and ensure strong sales, revenue, and profitability.

Key Responsibilities
Manage and monitor multiple real estate projects and assets.
Track sales, inventory, collections, revenue, and profitability.
Analyze market trends, property pricing, and investment opportunities.
Develop strategies for inventory sales and asset value enhancement.
Prepare MIS, performance reports, and financial analysis for management.
Coordinate with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Legal, and Project teams.
Identify current investment prospects and manage portfolio risks.




Support senior management in strategic business decisions.

Candidate Profile
5–10 years of experience in Real Estate / Property / Investment Management.
Robust knowledge of the NCR real estate market.
Excellent communication, negotiation, analytical, and management skills.
Good knowledge of MS Excel, MIS, and financial analysis.
MBA/PGDM in Finance, Real Estate, Marketing, or related field preferred.

Salary: As per experience & industry standards

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
