Job Overview

We are hiring a motivated and energetic Sales & Marketing Executive for our Canada & USA process. The candidate must have strong communication skills and hands-on experience in sales, lead generation, and digital marketing activities.

Key Responsibilities
Generate leads through cold calling, email marketing, and social media platforms
Handle outbound sales calls and convert leads into clients
Manage the complete sales process from prospecting to closing
Maintain strong relationships with clients and follow up regularly
Execute email marketing campaigns and customer outreach
Manage and update CRM systems accurately




Handle social media activities and promotional campaigns
Achieve monthly sales targets and performance goals
Maintain reports and client databases

Requirements
Excellent English communication skills
Robust knowledge of sales and marketing processes
Experience in cold calling and client handling
Knowledge of email marketing and social media management
Familiarity with CRM software/tools
Self-motivated and target-driven attitude
Ability to work night shifts comfortably

Preferred Skills
Experience in international sales/process
Knowledge of Canada & USA market preferred
Good negotiation and convincing skills
