Job Role

We are looking for a Presales Executive to handle client calls, understand property requirements, collect relevant information, and identify suitable matches. The candidate will coordinate with buyers, sellers, and brands and share the collected details with the respective Residential or Commercial team for further follow-up.

Key Responsibilities
Call clients to understand their property requirements.
Collect details such as budget, location, property type, and other preferences.
Gather property information from buyers, sellers, owners, and brands.
Understand available properties and match them with client requirements.




Share qualified client details and suitable property options with the respective teams.
Forward buyer requirements to the appropriate Residential or Commercial team.
Maintain accurate client and property records in the CRM or internal system.
Follow up with clients to confirm requirements and update information.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth handover of leads.
Provide regular updates on calls, client requirements, and lead status.

Requirements
Any degree is acceptable.
Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
Good communication and telephone-handling skills.
Kannada and English language skills preferred.
Basic knowledge of computers and CRM systems is an advantage.
Good listening, coordination, and follow-up skills.
Ability to understand client needs and work with different teams.
