About the Role

We are looking for a creative and enthusiastic Content Creator who can develop engaging, original, and trend-driven content for social media platforms. The ideal candidate should understand social media trends, storytelling, audience engagement, and brand communication.

Key Responsibilities
Create engaging content for Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, and other digital platforms.
Develop creative ideas for reels, short-form videos, posts, carousels, and stories.
Research trending topics, viral formats, and competitor content.
Write compelling hooks, captions, scripts, and creative copy.
Collaborate with video editors, graphic designers, and the marketing team.
Plan and execute content calendars for different brands and clients.
Participate in shoots and assist with content production when required.
Understand brand guidelines and maintain consistency across platforms.
Analyze content performance and suggest improvements based on engagement and reach.
Stay updated with the latest social media trends, formats, and platform updates.

Required Skills
Strong creative thinking and storytelling skills.




Excellent writing and communication skills.
Good understanding of Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and social media trends.
Ability to write engaging hooks, scripts, and captions.
Basic understanding of digital marketing and audience psychology.
Knowledge of content planning and social media analytics.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Familiarity with tools such as Canva, ChatGPT, and other AI content creation tools is an advantage.

Preferred Qualifications
Graduate in Mass Communication, Journalism, Marketing, English, or a related field; equivalent practical skills are also welcome.
A portfolio of previous content, reels, scripts, or social media work is preferred.
Experience working with a digital marketing agency is an advantage.
