Key Responsibilities
Maintain and update employee records and HR databases
Handle on boarding and exit formalities (documentation & coordination)
Manage HR documentation, letters, and reports
Address employee queries related to HR operations
Provide support in recruitment activities (sourcing, screening, interview coordination) when required
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
