We are hiring an energetic and customer-focused Guest Service Associate for Goa!
Location: Goa
Roles & Responsibilities
Guest Engagement: Warmly welcome guests, manage check-ins/check-outs, and deliver exceptional front-line service.
Front Desk Operations: Address guest inquiries, resolve complaints quickly, and handle reservations accurately.
Local Concierge: Provide expert recommendations on local Goa attractions, activities, and dining.
Cross-Department Support: Coordinate closely with Housekeeping and F&B; teams to fulfill guest requests.
Service Standards: Maintain brand quality, skilled grooming, and guest safety protocols.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
