Ensure compliance with company safety policies and statutory safety regulations.
Conduct regular site safety inspections and identify potential hazards.
Monitor employees and contractors to ensure the use of proper Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
Conduct toolbox talks, safety inductions, and awareness training.
Prepare and implement Job Safety Analysis (JSA) and Risk Assessment.
Monitor permit-to-work (PTW) systems for high-risk activities.
Investigate accidents, incidents, and near misses and prepare reports.
Ensure proper implementation of fire prevention and emergency response procedures.
Monitor work-at-height, confined space, electrical, and hot-work activities.
Maintain safety records, inspection reports, and incident registers.
Coordinate with project managers, supervisors, and site teams regarding safety issues.




Ensure proper housekeeping and secure working conditions at the site.
Conduct emergency drills and ensure employees understand emergency procedures.
Identify unsafe acts and unsafe conditions and recommend corrective actions.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly HSE reports and submit them to management.
Educational Qualification
B.E./B.Tech in a relevant engineering discipline, as required by the project.
Diploma or certification in Industrial Safety, such as ADIS, DIS, or PDIS, as per project requirements.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
