Job Responsibilities:
Assist in the preparation and production of bakery products, pastries and savouries.
Follow recipes, measurements and production schedules.
Maintain product quality, consistency and food safety standards.
Ensure proper storage, labelling and handling of ingredients.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the production area.
Minimise wastage and follow company SOPs.
Requirements:
Prior bakery and hot kitchen experience preferred; freshers with an interest in baking may apply.
Basic knowledge of food preparation and kitchen hygiene.
Positive teamwork, discipline and willingness to learn.
Must be willing to work in rotational shifts, including early morning and late shifts.
Should be willing to work in Hot kitchen also
Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
