JOB DESCRIPTION – HR INTERN (HR & BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT)

Job Responsibilities
Assist in recruitment, candidate sourcing, screening, and interview coordination.
Identify current placement requirements from companies and industries.
Conduct cold calling, follow-ups, and client coordination for business development.
Generate leads and build a database of prospective clients.
Coordinate with candidates and clients regarding job openings and placement updates.
Support job postings on Indeed, LinkedIn, and other recruitment platforms.
Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and recruitment-related documentation.

Required Skills
Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and social media.
Interest in HR, recruitment, and business development.
Willingness to make calls and interact with clients.
