Job Description - Crew Member / Team Member

Position: Crew Member / Team Member Location: JP Nagar, Bangalore

Employment Type: Full time/Part-Time

Job Responsibilities
Prepare and serve waffles, beverages, and other menu items as per Waffle Castle standards.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene at the store.
Handle customer orders and provide good customer service.
Operate the billing/POS system and manage basic cash transactions.
Follow food safety, hygiene, and brand guidelines.
Assist with opening and closing store activities.
Maintain proper stock and inform the Store Manager about any shortages.
Work as part of a team and support day-to-day store operations.

Eligibility
Valuable communication and customer-handling skills.




Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Candidates should be comfortable working in rotational shifts.

Working Hours
Approximately 9 hours per shift.
Shift timings may vary depending on the store requirement.
Weekly off will be provided as per the store schedule.

Salary
12,000 to 15,000 per month
