Job Description:
Handle customer queries through live chat and provide timely resolutions.
Assist international customers with their questions, concerns, and service-related issues.
Maintain skilled written communication with customers.
Understand customer requirements and provide accurate information.
Follow company policies, process guidelines, and quality standards.
Ensure customer satisfaction and maintain productivity targets.

Eligibility Criteria:
Graduates can apply, depending on process requirements.
Experienced candidates may apply, subject to eligibility.




Positive English communication and typing skills are required.
Basic computer knowledge is essential.
Candidates should be comfortable working in rotational shifts and rotational week-offs.
