Job Overview

We are looking for a confident and enthusiastic Telecaller Executive with positive communication skills to interact with customers, explain company products or services, and generate leads.

Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to potential customers.
Handle incoming customer calls and enquiries.
Explain company products and services clearly.
Follow up with customers and maintain call records.
Generate leads and support the sales team.
Build positive relationships with customers.

Required Skills
Good communication skills in Tamil and English.
Knowledge of additional languages is an advantage.
Candidates who are comfortable communicating in multiple languages.
Basic computer knowledge and telephone etiquette.
Positive attitude, confidence, and willingness to learn.

Candidate Preference
Must be comfortable speaking with customers over the phone.
