We are seeking dynamic and motivated Field Sales Executives to join our team. The role involves direct client interaction, on-site visits, and driving sales growth through proactive engagement. Candidates should be confident, persuasive, and eager to build robust customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities
Visit potential clients/customers to promote products or services.
Generate leads and convert them into successful sales.
Build and maintain long-term client relationships.
Conduct product demonstrations and presentations.
Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets.
Provide feedback from the field to improve sales strategies.
Prepare daily/weekly reports on sales activities.

Requirements
Freshers or experienced candidates in sales are welcome.
Robust communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and handle field challenges.
Willingness to travel extensively.
Confidence, enthusiasm, and a target-driven mindset.

Compensation & Advantages
