Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Talent acquisition executive with strong expertise in end-to-end recruitment and hands-on experience with Keka HR software. The candidate will manage the complete recruitment cycle and support HR operations, including attendance, leave management, payroll coordination, onboarding, and performance management.

Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment, from sourcing and screening to interview coordination, offer negotiation, and candidate joining.
Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, employee referrals, and other recruitment channels.
Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and close positions within timelines.
Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate databases, and hiring MIS reports.
Use Keka HR software for recruitment, candidate tracking, and employee record management.
Support attendance, leave management, payroll coordination, and employee self-service activities.
Coordinate employee onboarding, documentation, and joining formalities.
Assist with performance reviews, employee development plans, and Performance Improvement Plans (PIPs).




Support employee expense claim tracking and approval coordination.
Maintain accurate HR records and ensure smooth day-to-day HR operations.

Required Skills and Qualifications
Graduate in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
4–6 years of experience in Talent Acquisition.
Hands-on experience with Keka HR software is mandatory.
Solid knowledge of end-to-end recruitment and candidate sourcing.
Experience using Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, and other job portals.
Working knowledge of Keka modules such as attendance, leave, payroll, onboarding, and performance management.
Good communication, negotiation, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office.
Ability to manage multiple vacancies and meet recruitment deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications
Experience in Real Estate, Construction, or Infrastructure recruitment.
Experience hiring for technical and non-technical positions.
Knowledge of Boolean Search and advanced sourcing techniques.
