Lead end-to-end ERP implementation, upgrade, rollout, and support projects.
Gather business requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
Coordinate with business users, implementation partners, and vendors to ensure timely project execution.
Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, risks, and stakeholder expectations.
Drive process standardization, automation, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT), training, and change management activities.
Ensure ERP solutions align with organizational goals and business processes.

Educational Qualification:-
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology

Preferred Experience
Experience in manufacturing, FMCG, dairy, or process industries is preferred.
Exposure to digital transformation initiatives and enterprise analytics programs will be an advantage.
