About the Job

Women's Health Centre, Coimbatore, is looking for a friendly, responsible, and well-organized Receptionist to join our team. We welcome both freshers and experienced candidates who have positive communication skills and a caring attitude towards patients.

Roles and Responsibilities
Welcome patients and visitors with a friendly and professional attitude.
Register new patients and maintain patient records.
Manage doctor appointments and consultation schedules.
Answer phone calls and respond to patient enquiries.
Coordinate with doctors, nurses, and other clinic staff.
Handle patient billing, cash payments, and receipts.
Respond to appointment enquiries through WhatsApp and phone calls.
Guide patients regarding appointments and consultation procedures.




Maintain patient confidentiality and ensure a smooth reception experience.
Keep the reception area neat and organized.

Eligibility and Skills
Minimum qualification: 12th pass or any degree.
Positive communication skills in Tamil and basic English.
Basic computer knowledge.
Friendly, polite, and patient-focused attitude.
Good organizational and time-management skills.
Freshers are welcome to apply.
Previous hospital, clinic, or front-office experience is an advantage.

Monthly salary: ₹10,000–₹12,000, depending on skills and experience.
