Experience
Minimum 4 years of experience in Sales Engineering, Technical Sales, or a related field.
Qualification
Graduate/Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
Technical Skills
Solid technical knowledge of:
Electrical systems
Electronics
Wi-Fi/Networking technologies
Mechanical systems
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Key Responsibilities
Provide technical support to customers and the sales team.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
Conduct product demonstrations and technical presentations.
Coordinate with internal teams for project execution and customer support.
Build and maintain solid customer relationships to drive business growth.
