Key Responsibilities
MIG Welding Execution: Perform quality MIG/GMAW welding on carbon steel, stainless steel, or aluminum across multiple positions (flat, horizontal, vertical, overhead).
Parameter Settings: Adjust voltage levels, wire feed speeds, wire types, and shielding gas mixtures according to metal thickness.
Blueprint Reading: Interpret engineering drawings, technical blueprints, and welding symbols to align parts accurately.
Requirements & Qualifications
Experience: Usually 1 to 5 years of industrial/manufacturing welding experience (though some entry-level or fresher positions exist).
Education / Training: ITI Welder trade certificate or 10th-standard pass preferred by local employers.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
