Experience: 1–2 Years of Relevant IT Recruitment Experience

Role Overview-

UXDLAB Software is looking for a proactive and result-oriented IT Recruiter with 1–2 years of relevant recruitment experience. The candidate should have hands-on experience in sourcing, screening, and hiring candidates for multiple technical and non-technical positions.

Key Responsibilities-
Manage end-to-end recruitment for multiple technical and non-technical profiles.
Source candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, indeed, and other recruitment platforms.
Screen resumes and conduct initial HR telephonic interviews to assess candidate suitability.




Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
Ensure timely closures of open positions while maintaining a positive candidate experience

Requirements
1–2 years of relevant IT recruitment experience.
Hands-on experience with LinkedIn, Naukri, and Indeed.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Solid candidate sourcing, screening, and coordination skills.
Ability to manage multiple positions and meet hiring deadlines.
Candidates residing in or near Noida Sector 62 will be preferred.
Immediate joiners are highly preferred.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
