HIRING | BARISTA

We are hiring an energetic and customer-focused Barista for Goa!

Location: Goa

Key Requirements
Prior experience as a Barista / Coffee Specialist preferred (Freshers with passion for coffee can also apply)
Robust knowledge of espresso preparation, latte art, and manual brewing techniques
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Ability to handle cash transactions and point-of-sale (POS) systems
Willingness to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays
Team player with a clean, organized, and hygiene-conscious work style

Roles & Responsibilities
Prepare and serve a wide range of hot and cold beverages, including coffee, tea, and specialty drinks.
Deliver exceptional customer service by greeting guests, taking orders, and providing menu recommendations.
Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in the counter, coffee machine, and seating areas.
Manage inventory of coffee beans, dairy, syrups, and packaging supplies.
Handle customer queries and resolve complaints promptly with a positive attitude.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
