Position Overview

ipsr solutions limited is looking for a Business Analyst to work on its Educational ERP solution, gathering client requirements and coordinating with technical teams to ensure effective implementation of software solutions.

Key Responsibilities
Interact with client colleges to understand and gather business requirements.
Analyse, document, and translate requirements into explicit functional specifications.
Coordinate with development and testing teams to ensure requirements are implemented correctly.
Facilitate client discussions, clarify requirements, and support issue resolution.




Travel to client colleges as required.

Required Skills
2–3 years of relevant experience in Business Analysis, software systems, or ERP solutions.
Good understanding of software applications and business processes.
Robust requirement-gathering, analytical, and documentation skills.
Good English communication and client-coordination skills.
Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

Work Requirements
Day shift.
Hybrid work arrangement, with preference for candidates based in Kottayam.
Willingness to travel to client colleges as required.
