Handle HRMS data updates and employee records
Manage Background Verification (BGV)
Coordinate induction and statutory documentation
Handle exit formalities, relieving/experience letters and FNF coordination
Maintain onboarding, BGV and exit trackers
Candidate Profile
4 to 5 years of relevant HR Operations / Onboarding experience
Strong exposure to Onboarding, BGV, HRMS and Exit Management
Positive communication, coordination and documentation skills
Robust process ownership and attention to detail
Comfortable working from Viman Nagar, Pune
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
