Looking for a responsible, hardworking, and reliable stay-in caretaker to help manage the day-to-day upkeep and maintenance of our private island property.

The property is accessible only by boat, and accommodation will be provided on the island itself.

Key Responsibilities
Clean and maintain the property on a daily basis.
Keep the premises, halls, outdoor areas, and surrounding spaces clean and tidy.
Perform basic maintenance duties and minor repairs when required.
Assist with general property upkeep and ensure everything is in valuable condition.
Help with basic preparations and arrangements for events when required.
Learn to operate a small boat for transportation and other property-related duties. Training will be provided.
Follow safety procedures and handle responsibilities carefully.

Requirements
Must be responsible, trustworthy, and hardworking.




Should have basic knowledge of cleaning and general maintenance.
Must be willing to learn new skills, including operating a small boat.
Should be comfortable living and working on an island accessible only by boat.
Prior experience in caretaking, housekeeping, or property maintenance is an advantage but not compulsory.
Must be willing to stay on the property.

Salary & Perks
Monthly salary: ₹17,000
Accommodation provided on the property.
Food ration allowance/payment provided separately.
Extra payment for overtime duties.
One day off per week.
Boat-operating training provided.
