Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Area Business Manager to drive business growth, expand market presence, and manage sales operations within the assigned territory. The candidate will be responsible for developing current business opportunities, building strong relationships with doctors and healthcare partners, and achieving revenue targets for diagnostic services.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve area-wise revenue and business growth targets.
Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base across hospitals, clinics, laboratories, and healthcare centres.
Build and maintain strong relationships with doctors, consultants, hospitals, and other healthcare professionals.
Lead, guide, and monitor the sales team to achieve individual and area sales targets.
Promote diagnostic tests, health packages, and pathology services.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and business prospects within the assigned territory.




Conduct regular field visits and review sales performance.
Ensure customer satisfaction, timely follow-ups, and long-term business relationships.
Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and business development plans.
Coordinate with laboratory operations, logistics, and management to ensure smooth service delivery.

Candidate Requirements
Qualification: B.Pharm or any graduate degree in a healthcare or life sciences
Experience: 4–7 years of experience in sales or business development, preferably in the diagnostic, pathology, or healthcare industry.
Experience in handling a sales team and managing an assigned territory.
Strong communication, negotiation, leadership, and relationship-management skills.
Proven ability to achieve sales targets and develop recent business.
Willingness to travel within the assigned area.

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹59,000.00 per month
