Position: Breeding Expert
Location: Nashik
Qualification: Dairy Diploma
Experience: 2 to 3 Years

Key Responsibilities
Perform Artificial Insemination (AI) in dairy cattle following standard breeding protocols.
Monitor heat detection and estrus cycles to optimize conception rates.
Plan and execute breeding programs aimed at genetic improvement of the herd.
Conduct Pregnancy Diagnosis (PD) and monitor reproductive performance.
Manage fertility-related issues and recommend corrective actions.

Animal Health & Genetics
Identify and assess sick animals and coordinate appropriate treatment with veterinarians.
Monitor herd health, reproductive disorders, and disease prevention programs.
Maintain and improve herd genetics through selection of suitable semen and breeding strategies.




Analyze breeding and health records to improve reproductive efficiency.

Software & Record Management
Maintain accurate breeding, health, and production records using DelPro Software.
Ensure data accuracy and timely updates in the management system.

Training & Compliance
Train farm staff on breeding practices, heat detection, and reproductive management.
