Coordinate patient enquiries and provide information about hospital services.
Support patient relationship and satisfaction activities.
Coordinate with doctors and hospital departments for patient-related requirements.
Follow up with patients regarding appointments, consultations, and hospital services.
Handle patient feedback and coordinate with concerned departments for resolution.
Promote hospital services and specialties through appropriate channels.
Develop and maintain positive relationships with local organizations, companies, and the community.
Support hospital health camps, awareness programs, promotional activities, and events.




Assist in preparing hospital promotional materials and communication content.
Coordinate with the marketing team for outreach activities.
Maintain records of enquiries, follow-ups, referrals, and promotional activities.
Collect feedback from patients and visitors and report important issues to management.
Maintain qualified communication and confidentiality at all times.
Perform other duties assigned by the hospital management.

Pay: ₹9,727.00 - ₹39,970.52 per month
