Required Skills:
Solid SAP HCM Non-Payroll experience.
Hands-on expertise in PA, OM, Time Management, ESS/MSS.
Knowledge of HR master data, org structures, actions, and personnel processes.
Solid AMS/production support and ticket-handling experience.
Ability to provide configuration-based solutions.
Experience in functional specifications, interfaces, workflows, reports, and authorizations.
Valuable understanding of SLA-driven support and stakeholder management.
