We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Business Development Associate to support our company's growth by identifying current business opportunities, developing client relationships, and generating sales leads. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, confidence in speaking with clients, strong follow-up skills.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and generate new business opportunities through calls, emails, references, online platforms, and market research. Generate and qualify leads and maintain a healthy sales pipeline. Contact potential customers and understand their business requirements. Develop and maintain solid relationships with existing and prospective clients. Conduct regular follow-ups with leads and customers. Prepare quotations, proposals, and other required sales documents. Coordinate with the internal sales, purchase, and operations teams to ensure smooth execution of customer requirements. Follow up on quotations and convert leads into successful orders. Maintain accurate records of leads, customer interactions, quotations, and sales activities.



Conduct market research to identify potential customers, competitors, and market prospects. Attend client meetings. Maintain regular reports on lead generation, follow-ups, and sales performance.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field. 1–3 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, B2B Sales, or a similar role. Excellent verbal and written English communication skills. Confident and professional personality. Solid negotiation, persuasion, and follow-up skills. Ability to build and maintain good client relationships. Good knowledge of MS Office, Excel, Email, and basic CRM tools. Target-oriented and self-motivated. Ability to work independently as well as in a team.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
