Recruitment & Onboarding: Draft job descriptions, post listings, screen candidates, conduct interviews, and manage current hire orientations and employment contracts.
Compensation & Payroll: Administer salaries, manage payroll processing, and oversee employee advantages such as health insurance, allowances, and bonuses.
Employee Relations: Handle staff grievances, conduct workplace investigations, resolve conflicts, and provide counseling support.
Performance & Development: Coordinate periodic performance appraisals, assist supervisors with feedback, and organize training workshops.
Compliance & Policies: Ensure adherence to labor laws, workplace safety regulations, equal prospect standards, and internal company policies
Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹34,000.00 per month
