. Job Title: Operations Head – Work From Home
Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Operations Head to oversee daily operations at Knowlix Learning, improve operational efficiency, and ensure smooth coordination between departments.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and monitor daily business operations.
Coordinate with academic, sales, and marketing teams.
Develop and implement operational strategies.
Monitor team performance and ensure timely task completion.
Improve workflows and maintain operational standards.
Requirements:
Robust leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
Experience in operations management is preferred.
Ability to manage teams remotely and work independently.
Pay: From ₹10,000.00 per month
