Job Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day operations across multiple client sites and ensure smooth service delivery.
Supervise and coordinate soft services, technical manpower, security personnel, and maintenance teams.
Manage manpower deployment, attendance, shift scheduling, replacements,



and workforce discipline.
Ensure compliance with client requirements, service-level agreements (SLAs), and quality standards.
Coordinate with clients to resolve operational issues and maintain solid skilled relationships.
Monitor maintenance activities, repairs, utilities, and project execution.
Oversee contractual staffing, payroll coordination, and statutory compliance, including applicable labour laws.
Conduct regular site inspections, audits, and performance reviews.
Control operational costs, optimize manpower utilization, and improve productivity.
Prepare operational reports, maintain records, and support billing and documentation.
Lead, train, and motivate supervisors and site teams to achieve operational targets.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
