Roel and Responsibilities:
Welcome and assist customers visiting the store.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable hardware and electrical products.
Explain product features, specifications, availability, and pricing to customers.
Prepare or communicate the required material details to the billing team.
Coordinate with the billing team to ensure accurate billing.
Coordinate with the stores team to arrange and provide the required materials to customers.
Ensure the correct quantity and products are handed over to the customer.
Handle customer queries and provide proper product information.
Follow up on pending customer requirements when required.
Maintain positive relationships with customers and encourage repeat business.
Ensure the sales counter and product display are maintained properly.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth customer service.
Maintain basic records of customer enquiries and sales-related activities.

Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.

Pay: ₹15,500.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
