Insurance Manager – Automobile Dealership

Role

We are looking for an experienced Insurance Manager to lead and manage insurance operations across our Maruti Suzuki ARENA and NEXA dealerships, driving insurance penetration, renewals, profitability, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
Drive new car insurance sales, renewals, and insurance penetration targets.
Manage Maruti Suzuki Insurance Broking (MIB) operations and coordination with insurance partners.
Monitor insurance revenue, conversion ratios, dealer margins, and monthly targets.
Lead and train insurance executives to improve performance.
Ensure timely policy issuance, renewals, endorsements, and claim coordination.
Track insurance MIS, daily performance, and pending cases.
Coordinate with sales, delivery, service, and finance teams.
Ensure compliance with Maruti Suzuki and insurance regulatory guidelines.

Candidate Requirements




Minimum 3 years of experience in automobile insurance operations or dealership insurance sales.
Strong knowledge of motor insurance, renewals, claims, and dealership processes.
Experience handling insurance targets, teams, and MIS reporting.
Robust communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
Experience with Maruti Suzuki dealerships will be an advantage.
