Job Summary

We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated Diploma freshers to join our Production Department as Drawline Junior Operators. The selected candidates will assist in operating and monitoring drawline machinery used in polyester fiber manufacturing and learn production processes under the guidance of senior operators and supervisors.

Key Responsibilities
Assist in operating and monitoring drawline machinery.
Learn machine settings, operating parameters, and production procedures.
Monitor polyester fiber quality and report abnormalities to the supervisor.
Support production activities and achieve daily production targets.




Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and workplace safety guidelines.
Maintain machine cleanliness and workplace housekeeping.
Assist senior operators with routine machine checks and basic troubleshooting.
Follow shift instructions and maintain production records as required.

Eligibility Criteria
Diploma holders from relevant engineering disciplines.
Freshers are welcome to apply.
Willingness to work in rotational shifts.
Good learning attitude, discipline, and teamwork.
Interest in working in a manufacturing setting.
