We are seeking a skilled and proactive Networking & Hardware Engineer to manage and support computer hardware, network infrastructure, and end-user IT systems. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in hardware troubleshooting, Windows installation, LAN/WAN networking, printer support, and customer service, with the ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently.

Experience: 3–5 Years

Key Responsibilities
Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot desktop computers, laptops, and related hardware.
Perform Windows OS installation, upgrades, configuration, and system maintenance.
Manage and troubleshoot LAN/WAN networks, network devices, and connectivity issues.
Install, configure, and support printers, scanners, and other peripheral devices.
Monitor network performance and ensure optimal system uptime and reliability.
Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network-related issues in a timely manner.
Provide technical support to end users and address customer queries professionally.
Maintain IT asset records, system documentation, and troubleshooting logs.
Coordinate with vendors and service providers for hardware repairs and replacements when required.

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science,



Information Technology, or a related field.
3–5 years of experience in hardware support, networking, and IT infrastructure management.
Strong knowledge of computer hardware, Windows installation, and system troubleshooting.
Hands-on experience with LAN/WAN networks, routers, switches, and network troubleshooting.
Experience in printer installation, configuration, and maintenance.
Robust analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and customer support abilities.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.

Preferred Skills
Familiarity with Active Directory, DHCP, DNS, and basic server administration.
Knowledge of network security principles and endpoint protection solutions.
Experience with remote desktop support and ticketing systems is an added advantage.

Job Types: Full time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
