F&B; Team Leader – Job Description

Position: F&B; Team Leader

Department: Food & Beverage

Salary: 4 to 4.5 lpa

Experience: 3–5 Years in Hospitality / Restaurant / Lounge

Location: Airport / Hotel / Restaurant

Key Responsibilities

Supervise daily Food & Beverage service operations.

Lead and guide service staff, stewards, and attendants.

Ensure excellent guest service and customer satisfaction.

Monitor service standards, hygiene, and grooming of staff.

Handle guest complaints and resolve service issues quickly.

Coordinate with kitchen team for smooth service flow.

Maintain inventory of beverages, cutlery, and service equipment.

Train recent staff on service procedures and hospitality standards.

Assist management in shift planning and duty allocation.

Skills Required

Solid communication and leadership skills

Knowledge of F&B; service standards

Ability to handle guest complaints professionally

Team management and coordination skills

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
